On Saturday, April 25th, the Lady Spartan Track and Field Team participated in Eaton's Dean Stoltz Invitational. The girls placed 9th with a score of 42.5 points. Top finishers for the Lady Spartans were Hylee Slater, 4th in the 800, Chloe Keal, 2nd in the 3200 and 3rd in the 1600, Kiayah McKinney, 7th in the 100 hurdles, Bri Adkins, 6th in shot, Alex Sweet, 6th in disc, Hannah Ropp, 6th in pole vault, and the 4x800 relay team of Jazmine Bond, Gabbie Higbie, Slater, and Keal placed 3rd. The team is next in action on Tuesday, April 28th when they host Franklin County for Senior Night. Field events start at 5:30.
