Connersville

The Boys Golf team played a home match on Friday against visiting East Central and Rushville. The Spartans finished 2nd in the three team event. The Trojans shot a 161 to take 1st, Connersville finished with a 171 and Rushville finished with a 202. Logan Young led the way for the Spartans with a 40. He was followed by Trey Hughes with a 42, Aiden Gibbs 44 and Talon Sherwood with a 45. Other players for Connersville were Peyton Tomlin (50) Rylan Keen (53), Wyatt Bohlander (55), Zane Kirshner-Ellison (55) and Brandt Lykins (63). The Spartans will play at the Whiteland Invitational at the Legends Country Club on Saturday in the 21 team event.
