The Boys Golf team traveled to Greensburg on Friday to square off against the Pirates. The Spartans did not disappoint, as they came away with a 167-181 victory. Leading the way and low-medalist was Trey Hughes with a 37. Logan (41), Aiden Gibbs (43), and Levi Marszalek (46) rounded out the Spartan scoring. Talon Sherwood finished with a 50. In the JV match, Rylan Keen led the Spartans with a 49. Freshman Caigan Gettinger (51) and Zane Kirschner-Ellison (53), playing in their first high school match, both started off their high school careers with respectable scores. Brandt Lykins came in with a 56 to cap off the Spartan scoring. Zander Noah also competed and finished with a 61. The Spartan JV team came away with a 209-210 victory over the JV Pirates.
