Concord Athletic Department

The third Jamboree for the Concord Cross Country team was held Tuesday at Bronson. We were down a couple athletes for various reasons, but the four competitors we did have did very well. Brennen Labram moved up a spot from last week and shaved over a minute off his time, placing 48th. Sam Arbuckle was 56th, running one of his top times for the season so far. And Grant Rundle ran a new personal best two-mile time! Way to go, boys! On the girls’ side, Helen Sterley was the lone competitor for Concord. Helen finished in 36th, coming within one second of her personal best time! Great job, Helen! On Saturday, we will travel to Hudson for the Hudson Booster Invitational.
