🐝 YELLOW JACKETS WIN A THRILLER! 🐝 The Yellow Jackets traveled to Whitmore Lake today and fought hard until the very end, coming away with a 32–30 victory! 💪🏾🔥 The Yellow Jackets were led by a strong rushing and passing attack, with touchdowns coming from both Javonnie and Ja’cayden. The team also got a HUGE special teams play from Josiah, who took a kick return all the way to the house for a touchdown! 🏈💨🔥 Josiah’s return touchdown proved to be the game- winning score, putting the Yellow Jackets ahead with just 1 minute and 12 seconds left on the clock. The Concord defense struggled a little more this week than we did last week, but they stayed true to who they are — tough, disciplined, and committed to working hard. When the team needed them most, they stepped up and made the stops necessary to get the job done. Their grit got them the win! 🐝 Our 5th quarter standouts were Wayne, Dallas, Max, and CJ, along with every player who suited up and competed! These young men continue to show what being a great teammate is all about. They stand with their team, encourage one another, and stay locked in until it’s their time to get on the field. As coaches, we couldn’t be more proud of how these young guys show up every day and work their tails off. Their effort, attitude, and commitment continue to make this team special. The future of Yellow Jackets football continues to look bright! 🐝💪🏈
