On Saturday, the 8th grade volleyball team traveled to Union City for a quad meet against Reading, Quincy, and two Union City teams, finishing the day with a strong 3–1 record. Raegan Arbuckle served 40-of-45 with 18 aces. Reese Clark added 9 aces on 33-of-40 serving, while Claire Morgan delivered 16 aces on 24-of-32. Paisley Bunce kept the pressure on, contributing 8 aces while going 25-of-34 from the line. At the net: Brooklin Riske (15 assists), Bella Stumph (15 assists), and Raegan Arbuckle (11 assists) had some great sets that led to kills by Reese Clark (12), Paisley Bunce (10), Claire Morgan (10), Brooklin Riske (9), and Raegan Arubkle (9). Reese Clark also contributed 4 great blocks, each leading directly to points for our team. The team's back-row defense had some great digs from Reese Clark (7), Sophie Farmer (4), Paisley Bunce (3), and Claire Morgan (3). It was a complete team effort, with every girl stepping up when it mattered most! Words can’t express how proud I am of this group. 🏐
