Concord Athletic Department

The Varsity volleyball team opened up Big 8 conference play at Quincy. We won the exciting 4-set match 25-11, 10-25, 25-19, 25-19. Annie Saenz had 12 kills, 2 blocks, 4 assists, 21/21 serving with 6 aces, and 52 digs. Bradie Lehman had 10 kills, 13 assists, 16/16 serving with 4 aces and 30 digs. Ayla Blossom had 5 kills, including the game winner. Jess Clouser went 12/12 on serve, with a kill and a block. Layla Claus was 7/10 serving with 1 ace, 2 kills, 1 block, 9 digs, and 7 assists. Addi Riske was 10/11 serving with 1 ace, 17 digs, and 1 kill. Phoebe Byler went 10/10 on serve and had 16 digs. Avery Arbuckle had 1 kill and an assist. Katie Lack and Delaney Colburn brought the energy we needed. The Lady Jackets are 1-0 in the conference and 3-3-1 overall.
