Grace Swank Throws No-Hitter To Secure Central Noble Varsity Cougars Win Over Westview By GameChanger Media Grace Swank was brilliant in the circle on Thursday, as Swank threw a no-hitter to lead Central Noble Varsity Cougars past Westview 7-0. Swank collected three hits in three at bats in the win. Swank hit a solo home run to center field in the fourth inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the third inning. A single by Katie Forker following a 6-pitch at-bat put Central Noble Varsity Cougars on the board in the top of the first. Central Noble Varsity Cougars added two runs in the third. Forker singled down the right field line, making the score 3-0. Central Noble Varsity Cougars scored one run in the top of the fourth on a solo home run to center field by Swank. B Bontrager took the loss for Westview. The pitcher went five and one-third innings, surrendering seven runs (six earned) on eight hits, striking out eight and walking two.
