Carroll High School

The Carroll Chargers continued their dominant start to the 2025 season with a straight-set victory over Heritage, winning 25–14, 25–16, 25–11 to improve to 7–0 on the year. Led by Head Coach Pandy Sinish, the Chargers showcased balanced scoring and strong defensive play. Senior Bailey Sinish led the way for Carroll with 18 kills, 11 digs. Junior Sarah Stegall added 9 kills and Junior Ellie Oskey had 7 kills of her own and added 3 blocks on defense. Senior Sophia Gisslen anchored the offense with 38 assists. Senior Lola Sasse paced the defense with 4 blocks. Sophomores Katelyn Peters, 7 digs, and Cala Haffner, 8 digs, provided strong back row defense for the Chargers. The Chargers will look to keep their perfect record intact as they take on cross-town rival Homestead in Indiana's first ever outdoor volleyball match beginning Wednesday August 27 @ 7:30pm.
