Carroll’s Bailey Sinish Named MaxPreps Preseason All-American After Leading Team to 4A State Championship

Carroll High School senior Bailey Sinish has been named to the MaxPreps Preseason All-American Team, a national honor recognizing her as one of the top high school volleyball players in the country. The accolade comes on the heels of a historic season in which Sinish led the Chargers to the Indiana Class 4A State Championship. Sinish’s impact on Carroll’s title run was undeniable. As a junior, she delivered a staggering 494 kills over 100 sets, averaging 4.9 kills per set with a .351 hitting percentage—a mark that places her among the most efficient attackers in the state. Her kill percentage of 47.3% last season reflects not just power, but precision, helping Carroll dominate opponents en route to the state title. Across her varsity career, Sinish has totaled: 1,251 kills on 2,866 attempts, with a career hitting percentage of .319 A consistent 4.0 kills per set average over 312 sets played A career kill efficiency of 43.7%, showing her ability to convert opportunities into points Her contributions extended beyond attacking. Sinish’s serving game became a strategic weapon: 713 total serves, with an 89.3% serve success rate 407 total service points, including 225 points in her junior year alone 105 career assists, demonstrating her versatility and court awareness Defensively, she anchored the net with 128 total blocks, including 49 blocks last season. Her blocking average of 0.4 per set and ability to read opposing hitters made her a formidable presence in Carroll’s front row. From a promising freshman with 287 kills and a .266 hitting percentage, to a senior pre-season All-American and state champion, Bailey Sinish’s journey has been defined by relentless improvement, leadership, and a competitive fire that lifted her team and inspired her community.
