Calumet is partnering with Methodist to offer $10 physicals at the Calumet Gym on June 8, 2026. Physicals will be valid for the 26/27 School Year. Parents must be present or fill out the history portion of the physical before seeing the physician. Final Forms need to be completed BEFORE participating in any sports at Lake Ridge Schools. Therefore, we will also have a table for final forms sign-ups and questions.
