The Lady Warriors continue to build momentum as they secured a commanding 55–1 win over 21st Century on Thursday evening. From the opening tip, the team set the tone defensively and maintained full control on both ends of the court, showcasing teamwork, hustle, and disciplined execution. Player of the Game: Aminah Weddington Aminah delivered an exceptional performance, earning Player of the Game honors with a career-high 26 points. She added 9 rebounds and an incredible 13 steals, achieving another double-double and demonstrating her growing impact as a two-way threat. Her energy set the pace early and never let up. Team Contributions The victory reflected a true team effort, with multiple players stepping up and contributing in meaningful ways: Eunice Guadarrama provided strong interior play, finishing with 10 points, 6 rebounds, and a key block that shut down a scoring opportunity. Jayla Anderson continued her consistent presence on the court with 9 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 steals, helping fuel the defensive pressure that overwhelmed 21st Century’s offense. Harmony Alvarez brought intensity on defense and added 4 points along with 5 steals, creating several fast-break opportunities.
