Caledonia High School Athletics

The Caledonia boys track and field team had an amazing day at the Red Hawk Invitational at Cedar Springs on Saturday! The boys were able to beat a field of 6 schools with a score of 946 points to 2nd place Rockford's score of 786.5 points. One of the biggest highlights of the day was the 4x100 relay team setting a school record! They ran 43.73 seconds to better the record by over 2 tenths of a second. There were also many other PR's on the day. First place for the Fighting Scots were: Ethan Berends - 100 meters Caden Dixon - 800 meters Donavan Mattson - 1600 meters Caleb Paarlberg - Shot Put/Discus High Jump - Colin Witvoet Pole Vault - Mason Powers 4x800 Relay - Josh Oom, Donavan Mattson, Andy Adams, Caden Dixon
