Brownsburg West Middle School

The 8th Grade BWMS Bulldogs hosted Avon South in the first round of the Conference Tournament and came out hungry from the opening tip. The Dogs jumped out to an early lead, scoring a season-high 25 points in the first six minutes of play. That momentum continued into the second quarter as West carried a 46–8 lead into halftime. The Bulldogs never looked back, cruising to a 54–15 victory to advance to the conference semifinals, where they will face Franklin Central on Saturday. Offensively, the scoring was well balanced, with all but two players finding the basket. Logan Downs led the way with 17 points, followed by Brady Wilburn with 8, and Crew Ford and Roman Easton each adding 6. On the glass, Kingston Rideout paced the team in rebounding, while Brady Wilburn pulled down 4 boards. A dominant team performance as the Bulldogs move one step closer to playing for a conference title.
