Brownsburg East Middle School

The 7th grade girls basketball team won a tough game against Avon North 35-22. They were down by 6 at half time, but didn’t break under pressure and fought back with tough defense and smart offensive possessions. Quinn Sowder and Kara Padgett lead the offensive charge with 12 and 10 points respectively. Brooklyn Spinks had 4 points, Maggie Draine had a 3 pointer, and both Sannaea Cleveland and Ellie Shaffer scored 2. The next game is away against Westfield Middle School.
