Bremen Athletics

Bremen Athletics would like to thank some amazing volunteers for their hard work this week in painting and updating the weight room. Head Boys Soccer and Track & Field Coach, Mark Yoder, and a group of around eight BHS athletes invested their summer time off in improving our weight room facility. With the support of Bremen Athletics and our Maintenance Department, a few more pieces of equipment will be added this summer. You will soon find new belt and rope racks, a few new machines, updated med balls, smash balls, and some new benches, bars, and weight trees among other updates. We are thankful for this crew for helping move machines and paint the room with some brighter Bremen Lions green, black, and gray. Thank you for taking ownership and pride in our facilities. It's so appreciated! We hope that anyone using the weight room will be respectful of the hours invested in making these improvements. Thank you for your help in maintaining our facilities and making it a place where our athletes want to spend their time getting bigger, faster, and stronger! Go Lions!
