The Lady Lions of Bremen headed into Wednesday's INSC Championship meet at John Glenn wanting to write history and set the standard for excellence for years to come. The girls were focused and performed with determination and grit throughout the meet. Using the warmer weather and a championship mindset, the girls were able to produce season best, personal best, and record breaking performances. By the end of the meet, the girls had five individual conference champions, two relay champions, and the first ever INSC team championship! Highlighting the win was junior Emma Kincaid's record breaking performance in the 400 dash. Kincaid broke the school record last season running a 59.01. She shattered that time running a blistering 57.77, currently ranking her second overall in Region 2.
