Varsity Baseball beats South Central 11-1

The Lions got back in the win column with an 11-1 victory over South Central in 5 innings. The Lions offense scored a pair of runs in the first with a consistent rain falling. The Lions bats came alive in the 4th inning which started off with a Zack Rouch double. Some good situational hitting saw the Lions plate 4 runs on the inning. Bremen again had a big inning in the 5th which started with 3 walks before Aden Hunziker and Silas Laidig hit back to back singles. Bremen won by 10 run rule after a wild throw allowed Landon Bates to score for second to seal the victory. Aiden Alvarado tossed a complete game for the Lions allowing only 4 hits and 0 earned runs while striking out 1.
