Bremen Athletics

The Bremen Girls Softball team traveled to Rochester on Saturday and the bats were silenced again as the hosts won 2-0. The Zebra’s starting pitcher B Rensberger silenced the Lions bats thru 3 innings before Chrissy Grabowski finally broke up the no-hitter with a “duck-snort” to left. Isabella Calentine added a single in the 7th. Starting pitcher Grabowski held the Zebras at bay herself allowing only 2 hits thru 5 innings. Rochester finally broke the scoreless tie with 4 hits & a sacrifice fly that plated 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th. Grabowski allowed those 2 runs on 6 Zebra hits.
