JV baseball 15 vs. Prairie Heights 2 Leading the way for the Lions was Caythan Cullen going 2 for 3 with a triple and 5 RBIs. Corban Van Vuren pitched 3 shut out innings out of the four innings racking up 8 strike outs. Also contributing for the Lions were Jace Pippenger going 2-3 at the plate with 2 stolen bases. Liam Ullrey came in to pitch the top half of the fifth to close the game for the Lions. It was a great opening day for the JV Lions. The JV will travel tomorrow to face South Bend Riley JV at Jackson Field starting at 11am. Come out and suppurt your Lions.
