Bremen Girls Golf Earns First Win on Senior Night The Bremen Girls Golf team celebrated a special Senior Night by earning its first win of the season, defeating Riley with a team score of 248 to Riley’s 265. The Lions also competed against Jimtown, who finished with a strong team score of 233. The seniors came ready to perform on their special night, leading Bremen to a season-best team score. Senior Jimena Nava led the Lions with a score of 57, followed by Lia Waidner, who carded a 62—her low score of the season and, even more exciting, her first par. Senior Maddie Jordan finished with a 63, while Hannah Hale shot a 66. Senior Kaylie Creighton rounded out the Bremen lineup with a 69. It was a memorable night for the Lions as they celebrated their seniors and picked up their first victory of the season. The team looks to build on the momentum and continue improving as the season progresses.
