5th Grade A team vs Argos Jr/Sr High School (21 - 6) Win 5th Grade B team vs Argos Jr/Sr High School (8 - 4) Win The Bremen 5th grade boys traveled to Argos Thursday evening and both A and B teams were able to bring home the wins, bringing them both to 2-0. The lions got off to a slow start in the A game with only scoring 1 point in the first quarter, but then they were able to get things going in the second quarter and took a 9-0 lead into the half. The A team finished the game with a score of 21 to 6. Scoring for the A team was Roman Sime with 2, Rome Williams with 4, Allen Andujar with 7, and Gaehl Arias leading the way with 8. In the B team game, the lions played solid defense all game with everyone rebounding and even a few steals. Scoring in the B game was Rome Williams with 2, Zeke Rohde with 2, and leading the way was Lissandro Gonzalez with 4. LIssandro also added several steals throughout the game. The boys are right back in action with a round robin tournament at Triton on Saturday.
