The Bloomingdale Lady Cardinal wrestlers traveled to Eau Claire on Friday night and turned in a strong performance, finishing 6th out of 14 teams in a competitive field. Several Cardinals earned podium finishes on the night. Callie Sivak, and Dayanna Grimaldo each battled their way to 4th-place finishes, while Lindy Andrade also captured a 3rd-place finish in her weight class. Leading the way once again was Evalyn Hegelmann, who brought home another championship title, continuing her impressive season. The Cardinals will be back in action soon, as both the boys and girls wrestling teams compete at home this Wednesday, with matches beginning at 6:00 PM. Fans are encouraged to come out and support the team.
