Get Ready for Fall Sports with Our Pre-Season Checklist The first day of fall sports will be here before you know it! To help student-athletes and families start the season without any last-minute surprises, we've put together a simple Athletics Pre-Season Checklist. Before your first practice, make sure you have completed each of the following: ✅ Registered in FinalForms (Sports physicals must be uploaded to FinalForms before participation.) ✅ Enrolled in Rooms, our district's official communication platform for athletics. ✅ Reviewed your team's season schedule. ✅ Watched for communication from your coach regarding practice times and locations. What is Rooms? Rooms is the official communication platform used by Birch Run Athletics. Coaches will use Rooms throughout the season to communicate with student-athletes and parents about practice schedules, game updates, weather cancellations, reminders, and other important team information. If you have not yet enrolled, we've also provided step-by-step instructions for both parents and students to help you get connected before the season begins.
