Beech Grove Middle School A Team fell 6-1 to Greenfield Central on Tuesday despite out hitting them five to four. Hayden Fanning, Addison Corn, Nola Alford, Kyrah Pierle, and Trisha Sparks each collected one hit for Beech Grove. Beech Grove were the first to get on the board in the first when a wild pitch scored one run. Samarah Turner started the game for Beech Grove. She surrendered three hits and three runs (one earned) over three innings, striking out two and walking three. Beech Grove will play at home on Tuesday against New Augusta.
