Beech Grove Middle School Athletics

Addy Corn drove in five runs on three hits to lead Beech Grove past Monrovia. Corn tripled in the third inning, scoring three runs, and doubled in the second inning, scoring two. Beech Grove opened the scoring in the first inning after Nola Alford grounded out, scoring one run. Beech Grove captured the lead, 5-3, in the top of the second when Kaylie Campbell singled, scoring one run, a steal at home scored one run, and Corn doubled scoring two runs. Beech Grove scored five runs on three hits in the top of the third inning. Hayden Fanning doubled, scoring two runs, and Corn tripled, scoring three runs.
