The Vikings traveled down to Cassopolis to take on the Rangers in our second conference matchup. What started as a slow start at the office turned into a last-minute effort to tie before the buzzer. Cassopolis opened up the score sheet to go ahead 1-0. Calderon answered back to tie up the game. The Rangers weren't content and came back with two goals. Gio Soriano was patient, anticipated the ball, and scored from outside the box to keep us in the game. Unfortunately, we were not able to find the back of the net a third time, leaving us with a devastating loss of 3-2. We are now 0-2 in conference and 2-4-1 overall. Our next game will be on Monday, Sept 14th at Lawrence at 5:30 pm. Come out and support your Vikings!
