From Coach Mejia: Tough night for the Vikings as we fell to the Bloomingdale Cardinals, 6-1. Despite the result, our defense and midfield worked hard all night, battling through every challenge and continuing to fight until the final whistle. Congratulations to Eduardo Alcaraz for scoring the Vikings’ lone goal of the night and putting us on the board! Shoutout to Eduardo Gamino for stepping up in goal after our goalkeeper went down during a challenge for the ball. Also a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support the Vikings last night.
