Aquinas Academy Athletics is excited to introduce a new Season Preview Series this year, giving Crusader fans an inside look at our high school athletic programs before each season begins. Throughout the 2026–27 school year, season preview articles and accompanying video content will be featured on AquinasCrusaders.org. The series will highlight our teams, coaches, and student-athletes while giving the Aquinas community a closer look at each program as it prepares for the upcoming season. The previews will feature conversations with head coaches and student-athletes about their teams, returning players, new faces, offseason preparation, goals for the season, and what makes each program special. “Our athletic programs have so many great stories to tell, and we want AquinasCrusaders.org to be the place where those stories are shared,” said Deacon Andrew Kurzawski, Aquinas Academy Director of Social Media and Communications. “The season previews will give our community an opportunity to hear directly from our coaches and student-athletes and get to know the people behind our teams. Our goal is to continue telling those stories throughout the entire school year.” The initiative is part of a larger effort to expand the coverage of Aquinas Athletics and make AquinasCrusaders.org a central destination for Crusader news, schedules, results, features, photos, videos, and other athletic content. Kurzawski will oversee the creation of the content while also recruiting Aquinas students interested in digital media, journalism, photography, videography, social media, and sports writing to assist with the project. “We want this to become an opportunity for our students as well,” Kurzawski said. “There are students who have an interest in writing, broadcasting, photography, video, and digital media. Giving them an opportunity to help cover their classmates and tell the story of Aquinas Athletics provides them with valuable real-world experience while also strengthening the coverage of our programs.” The Season Preview Series is just one part of an expanded commitment to highlighting the accomplishments of Aquinas student-athletes and coaches. Throughout the year, Aquinas Athletics plans to feature team and individual accomplishments, milestone moments, postseason coverage, college commitments, coach and player features, and other stories from across the athletic department. With a growing digital presence and a dedicated platform for Crusader Athletics, Aquinas Academy looks forward to giving families, alumni, fans, and the entire school community more ways than ever to follow our teams. The first Aquinas Athletics Season Previews will be coming soon to AquinasCrusaders.org as our fall teams prepare to begin their seasons.
