Students from Lincoln-King High School made the trip to Madison-Carver Academy to mentor MCA students in reading. Both groups report an excellent day filled with fun and learning. Younger students loved the opportunity to interact with their older peers. The older students enjoyed sharing their knowledge. After the classroom activities, the high school scholar-athletes attended an MCA pep rally. Some students from both schools' cheer teams even found time to collaborate on a short dance piece!
